Zeeiu App Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zeeiu mobile application (“App”), provided by Rivas Actividades Mercantiles SL, a Spanish company with tax number B92813625 (“Zeeiu,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Description of the App

Zeeiu is a platform designed to connect like-minded travelers (“Users”) and provide a range of functionalities to facilitate communication and privacy. The App allows Users to interact with each other, including through a messaging service. Zeeiu provides this platform solely for the purpose of connecting Users and does not assume responsibility for the actions, statements, or content provided by other Users.

Limited Liability

Zeeiu shall not be held liable for any actions, statements, or content shared by Users on the App. You acknowledge and understand that Zeeiu does not have control over the behavior, honesty, or intentions of other Users. Zeeiu does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any information or content provided by Users.

Professional Users

Some Users on Zeeiu may sign up as professionals in the travel industry. These professionals are primarily businesses related to the traveling industry, such as hotels, cruise lines, event organizers, golf clubs, and similar entities (“Professionals”). While Zeeiu may enable these Professionals to contact other Users through the App’s messaging service, such communication is limited in scope and frequency. Zeeiu does not guarantee the availability or responsiveness of these Professionals and shall not be responsible for any outcomes resulting from such communication.

User Responsibility

You understand and accept that your use of the App is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to exercise caution and use common sense when interacting with other Users. Zeeiu strongly advises you to verify the identity, credentials, and intentions of any User you choose to communicate or engage with through the App. You are solely responsible for the information, content, and materials you share with other Users.

Privacy and Data Protection

Zeeiu respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We will not disclose your telephone numbers, emails, or any other contact details or identification to any other User without your explicit consent. However, please note that Zeeiu cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of sharing personal data online.

Intellectual Property

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Zeeiu and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without prior written permission from Zeeiu.

Modification and Termination

Zeeiu reserves the right to modify or terminate the App or these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the most current version of the Terms. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zeeiu, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. By using the Zeeiu App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
